Description

This cross stitch pattern is made from artwork/graphics by OctopusArtis.etsy.com

The size of the pattern is 60w * 74h stitches. Finished size depends on which count of fabric you choose. For 28 ct evenweave (equals 14 ct Aida) it would be 10.9 * 13.4 cm (4.3 * 5.1 inches), for 32 ct evenweave - 9.5 * 11.7 cm (3.5 * 4.3 inches).

PDF file includes pattern key for DMC floss and 4 types of pattern: black&white symbols with backstitch lines, black&white symbols without backstitch lines; symbols with color behind and solid color - both with backstitch lines. You can use one or use them all.

This pattern has some backstitching, French knots and half cross stitches (besides full cross stitches). And besides 16 usual DMC colors it also has 12 blended colors to make this delicate stitching look like watercolor painting.

PLEASE NOTE: this pattern is made from the real watercolor artwork, so I had to make it difficult for some in order to save the original watercolor looking. I used a lot of backstitching for the details, a lot of colors and blends. If you hesitate whether it is suitable for your stitching skills (I am sure it is, because it is not THAT hard, just need some more attention :) ), please read the article in my blog: http://littleroomintheattic.blogspot.ru/2016/11/about-my-watercolor-patterns.html This article is written on Russian but there is Google translate button on the right, you can translate it to any language you need.

Happy stitching! :)
