Over Seas Custom fees are payable by the buyer at the time of delivery/pick up.
Seller is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to find "lost" packages that have been confirmed as delivered and they say they have not received.
It is the buyers responsibility to request and pay for insurance on their package(s). I am not responsible for overseas orders which are not delivered.
I ship overseas as a courtesy.
Once a package has been picked up by a postal employee delivery and delivery times/problems are out of my control... I cannot confirm any delivery date or make promises that the item will arrive by a date requested or specified by the buyer.
If insurance is purchased and the package is showing by confirmation # as delivered it is the buyers responsibility to track down and find their package..... Insurance is for items showing as not delivered.... once showing delivered insurance is null and void.... even when/if the buyer states they have not rec'd their package/items.
Tracking numbers are provided to buyers so that they can take responsibility of
tracking their purchase(s).
Packages leave the US from Bend, OR through the port in Los Angeles, CA . Once the package leaves the USA it is out of my postal jurisdiction....

This is a non smoking household so the items will be smoke free.
I accept custom orders with 50% due at the beginning of the transaction and the additional upon completion when the dollar amount exceeds $50.00.
