I ship USPS, Priority Mail for domestic orders, which generally takes 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. A tracking number will be provided.

I use USPS, Priority International for international orders, which generally takes 7-10 days to arrive once shipped. It can however take several weeks, if the package is detained during customs. A tracking number will be provided.

Ensure that the address on your account is the correct address for shipping. If you would like your item shipped elsewhere you must note that in the sale or send me a conversation within 12 hours of purchase to guarantee that your item is shipped to the correct location.

If a package is returned due to undeliverable address, communication will be made by this shop to determine the next steps.
--> If you wish to cancel the sale, I will refund the item cost only - shipping cost will be forfeited at the expense of the buyer.
--> If you wish to have the item sent to you again, it will be mailed in a plain envelope without tracking. You can choose to upgrade shipping and receive a new tracking number, however you will be required to cover this cost.

Please make sure that there is a safe place for the package to be delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking info states that the package is delivered, it is out of our hands. The customer is responsible for contacting their post office and opening a lost package claim with USPS.
