The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on digital items simply due to the nature of the item. However, if there is a problem please do let me know so that I can try to resolve this for you.

Refunds on personalised/custom items will only be accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds on non personalised items are accepted on non-damaged and non-used items only.

If you wish to return an item, please note that you must contact me first to discuss the situation. Items must be returned within 30 days of ordering. Return postage (including any international taxes/customs fees) is to be paid by the buyer. Refund will be sent once the item is received & thoroughly inspected here at Chantilly Designs.

All cards, prints & stickers are posted via Royal Mail First Class Delivery serviced as standard. You can choose to upgraded to First Class Signed For at checkout.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges due to customs.

If you'd like to make a large custom order, please message me first. I may be able to offer a small discount on a bulk order.


When ordering a custom logo design, i will need the following info from you:

- Business Name
- Business Description
- Target Market
- Any preference of colour scheme
- Any preference of style
- Anything specific you would like including in the logo
When ordering a personalised item (card, print or gift), please include your personalisation details in the Message To Seller box upon ordering.

In not doing so, you are delaying your order dispatch time.
