All designs are custom made to order and printed in front of garment. Printing time is 3-5 days from date of order received. Depending on time availability, we will do our best to ship order sooner than our normal processing timeline. If certain shirt color or size is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and let you know when they will become available or give you other options to complete your order in a timely manner.

►Artwork Design and Artist:
All artworks and designs are all originals ideas created by Garie Chavez. They are sole property of Hawaiian Time, Hawaii Is Life, Surf 808, Alohaholic, Island Born, 808 Life, Sand Water Surf and Hawaiian Surfing Rocks. Absolutely no part of images and design artwork may be reproduced or copied for personal or marketing purposes without a written permission from Garie Chavez and GC CREATIVE WORKS.
►Screen Printing Ink:
We use Union Ink Plastisol for screen printing process. Plastisol inks do not color the fibers like a dye. Instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a mechanical bond with the fabric. Plastisol inks have one outstanding characteristic, they must be heated to dry. They will not dry, or cure, at normal temperatures. Plastisol ink contains no air-polluting solvents or volatile organic compounds. ***Do not dry-clean or iron these shirts.
►Return and Exchange Policy for Apparel:
All apparel designs are custom made to order and sales are final. No full refund is accepted.
Since all apparel orders are made to order, returns and exchanges (different color or size) are subject to 25% restocking fee. The restocking applies to ordering the wrong size, color or design. Customer is responsible for returning shipment charges and re-shipment charges. We must receive the returned apparel within 7 days of notification. Failure to return apparel after the due date is subject to full charge amount of original amount of merchandise including shipping/handling charges.
All product merchandises must be in original re-sellable condition and has not been used or washed. There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipment charges on returning product.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Any unauthorized return charges will be the sender's responsibility.
If the apparel/merchandise is defective upon receipt of order, we will exchange the item at no charge to you including shipping/handling fees. You must return and ship the defective item to us.
