How do you get the ashes to us?

UK orders: After purchasing your Ashes piece we will send out a collection pack.
This will have everything you need to collect the ashes and send them to back to us.
We also add an information sheet to find out a little bit about the pet/person being sent to us. We do not like to use numbers when making ashes jewellery, we believe everyone that comes to us deserves to have a name instead of just a number and to find out a little bit about them. We ask about personality traits, hobbies & interests and for a favourite song. I spend a lot of time with the pet/person while making the jewellery and I like to talk to them and play their favourite music. Each pet/person has their own "house" so they are not put with any other ashes. We also love receiving pictures and any other information you would like us to have. Please do not feel you need to send us information or pictures if you do not want to, this is your healing journey and we want to help in any way we can.
Please send your ashes special delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any lost ashes.

Having Ashes jewellery made is a very emotional journey to go through. We would like to help answer any questions/ concerns you may have. We have listed below a few questions and answers that you may have. Please feel free to message us with any other questions you have.

How do I know it is only my ashes in the jewellery I receive?
Every Pet/Person has their own "house". My partner is a professional carpenter and has made me a workbench with individual walled sections, this means that every order has its own work section. Every Pet/person is kept in their house with information, pictures etc. Every step of the jewellery process is kept within their section so there is no chance of cross-contamination or mixed identity.

What happens with the ashes not used in the jewellery?
Any Ashes we do not use in the jewellery will be sent back to you. We do not keep any of the ashes. On the rare occasion, a stone is imperfect with the ashes inside we will put the stone with the unused ashes in the bag and send back to you.

Why do you want to know information about the pet/person I am sending you?
I started this business in memory of my daughter, I know how precious these pieces are. To me, the pets and people I receive are loved souls and I want to treat them with the respect they deserve. This can be a very emotional process for me to make ashes jewellery and I feel that knowing names and a little bit about the pet/person makes the process easier & nicer for both of us. I like to talk to the pets/people I have in with me play their favourite songs and just feel that everyone is treated with love and respect.
I understand that not everyone will want to add personal details & I completely respect that, this is your healing journey so please add as much or little information as you are happy with.

What Ashes can we send to you?
As a company, we can make jewellery with any ashes. We can only accept Pet ashes on Etsy as it is part of their policy. Please contact us for more information or purchase your ashes jewellery on our website.

Our Beautiful Ashes Cremation Jewellery that will keep your loved ones close to your heart always.
All our Ashes pieces are made with 925 English grade Sterling Silver, we hand blow the ashes into the settings with your choice of colour or left natural (just the ashes)
Each piece will be completely unique as the ashes will react to the colour pigments differently. I think this makes each piece that extra bit special.
Our colour chart is to be used as a guide only and the natural ashes can vary from pale white to a dark black.

We offer a Custom Colour option if you select this please message us with your request. You can pick any colour, add glitter, shimmer and/or add glow it's up to you.

We hand make all our products and this can take a little bit of time, we can sometimes rush orders through if they are needed by a certain date (quieter times of year). If you need this item before a certain date please contact us before purchasing. We do our best to get all our orders made as soon as we can but we will not sacrifice quality for quicker time, we hope you as a customer will love us for this.

I started making in loving memory jewellery after my daughter passed away. I found that I wanted to help other people going through a loss to have something to hold and help with the healing journey.
I found that the pieces I made for myself helped me so much in social situations and times when I was alone. Grief is a journey that affects people in different ways and I found having something physical to touch and talk to helped me so much to feel like I had a little bit of her with me at all times.
I wanted my daughters' name to be remembered and to feel like I was doing something out of love to help others have something they can treasure.
