Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days. Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, still in the original plastic packaging with tags and suede bag and returned in a cardboard box. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Veils incur a 15% re-stocking fee due to their custom nature. Re-stocking fee is waived for items sent back for an exchange. If returning three or more items, the fee is 20%. If custom cards are returned with jewelry, there is a $1.99 per card fee since these are custom made.
