This delicate hand forged sterling silver ring is organic and simple. It can be worn alone or with other rings as a stacking ring grouping. These sterling hand forged bands looks lovely stacked in groups of 2 or more as seen in picture 4. This version of the ring has more rounded hammer marks. I also make the ring with the hammer marks perpendicular to the band in another listing.**
I make this ring in several colors of sterling silver. I can do it shiny silver colored (pictures #2, #3), oxidized dark (pictures #1), or oxidized with the color removed from the high points making the hammer marks more visible (not pictured yet in this style of these rings). Picture #4 shows 3 sterling silver rings stacked together. The one on the left is one from this listing (rounded hammer marks) oxidized dark, the middle one is a highlighted one from the listing with perpendicular hammer marks and the one on the right also has perpendicular hammer marks but was left shiny silver.
I have priced the rings according to the finish color and number of rings ordered in that finish. But if you want to order some of these 1mm rings in different sizes, finish colors, hammer marks, etc., you will also be eligible for a price break depending on the total number of 1mm rings you order that day. I will combine the total quantities in each color variation to give you your price break.
You can combine the 1mm yellow gold filled rings, the 1mmrose gold rings and the 1mm sterling for similar price breaks. I will adjust and refund if you order them all on the same day. The 1mm rings can be different materials and ring sizes and still get the discount. The last picture shows how a group of these rings would look together. It shows left to right a rose gold filled, a shiny sterling, a yellow gold filled, an oxidized sterling, a yellow gold filled, a rose gold filled.

I currently have a similar ring available in 14K rose gold filled and 14K yellow gold filled. They mix and match well for a group of stacking rings.***

This listing is for one ring, unless you chose more in the drop down options list. Rings are discounted if you buy more than 2.

RING SIZES
To determine the size for your new ring there are several things to consider.
Your ring size will vary due to hydration, time of day, time of year and even the width of the ring itself. So a ring that fits at noon in the summer after a hard workout may be too large in the winter when you go to bed. Even the width of the ring will make a difference in the size you want to wear.
Some rings cannot be resized easily or at all due to the decorative patterns or stones used. It is best to get your correct ring size the first time.
***Do not use an online ring sizer or paper strip. These are unreliable and will not help you determine an accurate ring size***

Determine your ring size by following the steps below:

1. Visit at least two jewelery stores, preferably at different times of the day.
You may need to visit more than two, but the goal is to find two jewelers who both agree on your size. Many jewelry shops have a ring mandrel they measure rings on. It is important that the ring size mandrel being used is accurate. These can be off as much as ¾ of a size and are usually off about 1/8 of a size. My ring mandrels are not accurate as marked from the manufacturer so I measure the actual size by measuring the inside diameter of the ring itself using millimeter calipers. You can also try on metal or plastic finger gauge rings in set sizes, but these can be off slightly also. You can also ask them to use a “caliper” or “micrometer” to measure. Probably the most accurate measurement to provide to your jeweler is the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters. If you have an existing ring in the same width and fit as the one you are planning to buy and it is perfectly round, ask the jewelers to measure the inside diameter of this ring. That way you will know exactly what size to order your new ring in.
2. Determine The Ring Width You Want.
The ring size that is comfortable on your finger can vary depending on the width of the ring. It would be best to try on rings in the width of the ring you want to buy to get the most accurate measurement. A wider ring may need to be up to a half or full size larger than a very narrow ring to feel comfortable on your finger. Most plastic ring gauges come only up to 3.5mm wide. If you purchase a ring 8mm wide, your ring size will probably increase by a quarter size from the ring gauge that fit you best.

How should your ring fit?
The best fitting ring is the one you don’t know is there unless you see it.
But depending on several factors there will be days or seasons when rings are too tight, and days or seasons when they’re a little loose. Your fingers fluctuate in size during the day due to temperature, humidity, diet, etc. The time of year can also contribute to the ring not fitting comfortably. You may notice it feeling tighter in summer months and looser in winter months. In the winter, try and keep your hands warm while sizing to ensure it will fit in the summer. Even so it is better to have a ring that is loose in the winter rather than one you cannot remove in the summer.
The best fit is when a ring fits easily over your knuckle. You should be able to get it on without struggle and then have a slight pull at the knuckle when removing it. You may need to twist the ring 1-2 times to get it off. Proper sizing is a personal preference.

Some other tips on getting the best size ring for your finger:
Your finger shape can determine the size you want also. Some fingers are largest near your palm and gradually taper without a large knuckle. In this case the ring should fit snugly at the base of the finger without causing bulges or a permanent indentation. You should be able to push the ring up from the underside of your finger, and see a small space between the ring and the top of the finger as this gives your finger some breathing room.
If your knuckles are large you need the size of the ring to fit comfortably over the knuckle without being too large for the base of the finger. If there is a large size difference between the knuckle and base of the finger, the ring tends to spin and turn on the hand, especially in single stone rings which are often top heavy. You need to decide how easy you want it to slip over your knuckle.

I purchased two rings from this shop and I'm in love with both of them. The shiny option is so pretty and I love the way it catches the light while still showing off the texture. Super quick shipping as well. Thank you so much, they're perfect!
