These are Black Dangle Earrings. 8mm Black Pearl, and 4mm Black Crystal. They have Silver in them, so keep them in an Airtight Container when not wearing them.

Returns and exchange details

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. Please write to me through Etsy if you have a problem. We can communicate back and forth to find out what the need is. If you need to send something back to me to fix. If you can pay to have it sent back to me to fix, then I will pay to ship it back to you.

There are occasions that a Jump Ring could come loose. If that happens, please write to me, and then we can decide what to do at that time.

We can work whatever is bothering you out. If something goes wrong with the Jewelry please contact me. I can fix the Jewelry if something happens to it. Return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be kind to me and not say negative reviews to me. Everything I make I make with quality using the best products that I have available to me. Please write to me, and we can work things out.

Shipping policies

I will ship USPS First Class as soon as I have been given word from Etsy that the payment has been received to my account. If the item is pre-made then I will send it the first day that I hear from Etsy weather permitting. Please write to me if you desire Insurance. Please give correct address that you want your shipment sent too. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. I cannot refund money for shipping if the address is wrong.
If you want something different, or you want Insurance please contact me.

If I am custom making something then it will be a few days before I can ship it.

If you order something from my shop you may be charged duty or other taxes depending on your Laws of your Country. Please read the laws of your Country.

Please read the laws and guidelines regarding import duty for your Country and be prepared to pay certain fees and taxes upon receiving the package. Please allow 2 to 4 week or more if ordering from a different continent. Sometimes Customs can hold onto a package so please be aware it could take longer. I would suggest if you are from a different Country to get Insurance on your package.
