Description

This lovely collection of sea treasure contains brightly coloured pieces in a range of patterns, shapes and sizes.

These sea pottery pieces are great for jewelry supplies, magnets, mosaic art and beach decor creations.

All the pieces I sell were collected by me on the beautiful Apulia beaches in South Italy, mainly in Polignano. I give the sea pottery and glass only a gentle wash with water to remove sand and salt. They are completely authentic and totally sea-tumbled.

Please, check your item when you receive it. In case you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please send me a convo immediately explaining me your reasons. We will surely find together a way to solve any problem and to find a solution. Anyway, in case of return, shipping cost are not refundable (I will refund only the item cost) and you must return at your charge the item to me (including customs fees and clearance) and the item must reach me in perfect condition. If the item arrives damaged, you will be responsible. Please when shipping the item back don't indicate the item value, or customs fees and clearance will be charged. In that case, any customs fees and clearance will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping policies

I ship worldwide.
Items costing less than 50 euro will be shipped by ordinary standard mail. Ordinary mail doesn't give any track number and gives no certainty of the delivery. In case you prefer a different shipping (tracked, registered, certified mail, quick pack), please send me a message by the "Contact the shop owner" section and I will tell you the possible additional cost. Items costing more than 50 euro will be shipped by registered tracked mail. Soon after shipping I comunicate to the buyer the track number.
Delivery usually takes at least 7-15 working days in Europe and at least 20-25 working days worldwide (international delivery can take up to 8 weeks, as international postal delays are common depending on destination and customs). Delays are common but there is nothing I can do to make it faster as they don't depend on me. If you are from USA please wait at least 30-40 days before stateing that an item has not been delivered. In case of delay please contact me and I will check through the national help-desk.
Please take into account that the postal service is other from me and from my shop Creatodame. Postal service does not depend on me, is not part of my shop activities and is out of my control. I don't take charge of the delay, fault or inefficiency caused by the postal services. Please be informed that Etsy regulation forbid the customer to comment/review on the shipping service!! Shipping cost indicated in the listing includes not only the postal service fee (that you read on the postal label on the just-received box), but also the tracking service, the supply of expensive specific packaging materials suitable for fragile items travelling long (such as foam, sponges, thick polystyrene blocks and sheets, plastic pluriball layers, cardboard boxes, polystyrene chips, sticky tape, etc.), my service, my great experience in packaging, long time to go and queue in the postal office, and so on. More the item is fragile and big and more packaging material/service will be necessary. So it is normal to find a difference from what you read on the just-received package/box and what you payd. This difference can increase for fragile and big items.
PACKING
Fragile items will be packaged very carefully with pluriball, polystyrene and everything necessary to save them along trip (sponge, foam, etc.). I also affix to packages a big writing "FRAGILE" to ensure operators handle them with care.
The sea pottery/sea glass will be wrapped in a plastic pluriball film and then in a secured bubble envelope.
GIFT
If your purchase is a gift, and you would like it sent to another address, or to add a small card with your wish message, please leave me a note as soon as possible in the "Contact the shop owner" section. Otherwise I will ship to the address listed in the invoice.
Please let me know if it is for a present so I will also make a beautiful packaging suitable for gift giving. I offer gift wrap.
DELAY, BREAKAGE OR UNDELIVERED ITEM
In case of delay please contact me and I will check through the national helpdesk and then let you know. Postal delays are not under my responsibility and do not depend on me.
In case of undelivered item, please go to the closest postal office and make an official claim. If you send me a scanned copy of the claim for not-delivered item, then I will refund. Without a claim receipt I will not be able to issue a refund. If you don't have a tracking number you will not be able to make an official claim and you will not get a refund.
For all items I take very great attention in packaging and I use a big amount of specific packaging materials. But sometimes operators are rude or use to open the boxes to check inside and then they close the box in a very bad way. So in some rare case breakage can occur (not due to my responsibility). I don't take charge of postal or custom services faults.
In case of damage or breakage during shipping (which you realize after opening the box), first you must take pictures of the broken item still "inside" the original box and with the original packaging materials, as well as pictures of the box "outside" including shipping label. Then you must go to the closest Postal Office to formally communicate the problem and claim for a formal refund. You must receive a receipt from the Postal Office where it is possible to read about the claim. Then you must contact me as soon as possible and send me a scanned copy of the claim receipt. Without official receipt of the claim and good pictures I will not be able to issue a refund. If you send me the claim receipt and pictures, I will contact the Italian National Postal Service (which will answer me within 45 days!!) and then decide how to refund.
In case of breakage you will get a refund either from me or from your Postal Office, but don't worry because if you are able to take pictures and to make a claim, you will get a refund as you and me are not responsible for the breakage.
