Lotta Jansdotter is back with Lilla (“little” in Swedish). Made up of small print designs and patterns, it’s much smaller in scale than you might be used to coming from Lotta. She decided to explore what would happen if she scaled all of her designs down a bit. How would it change the collection overall? And how would it change the way you use the fabrics in this little collection, and what sorts of projects you made? …It was incredibly fun for her to play with scale throughout the design process. She is very happy at the end result and where this collection landed as it turned out to be a sweet collection that is suitable for many different projects, but especially for quilts using smaller pieces, garments for wee little people and lovely shirts for women and men.
