Description

The Small Riveted Bowl is a part of our Riveted Dinnerware Collection. The Riveted Collection has a timeless and elegant design that elevates any setting. The Riveted bowl is the perfect size for individual servings of pasta, soup, yogurt or ice cream. Each piece is made by hand and finished in our signature ivory glaze in our production studio in Kansas City, Missouri.

*All of our dinnerware items are dishwasher, microwave and food safe.

Returns and exchange details

RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unused and undamaged. 

Return Online

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can start a return by emailing us at info [!at] convivialproduction.com

Note: All items must be returned with the original packaging to ensure item arrives undamaged. Shipping costs will be deducted automatically.

Online Exchange  

We don’t offer direct exchanges online, but we do offer free returns for store credit so you can place a new order for an item in your preferred design

To begin the process, email info@convivialproduction and request an "Product Exchange".  

Warehouse Exchange

If you live in Kansas City and would like to exchange an item in person, please note this in an email request to info [!at] convivialproduction.com and we will set up a time for you to shop with one of our warehouse assistants.

Damage Claims

Due to mishandling by USPS, damage happens. If your item arrives broken, please send a message and image of the damage within 15 days of receiving your item. A claim and replacement will be processed immediately. Not claiming damage within 15 days will result in your loss.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my package? 

We currently ship all orders using USPS. They have the most competitive pricing for 1-3 pound boxes, which means lower shipping costs for you!

What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

We are working very persistently to have inventory on hand to ensure 2-3 day delivery time for all orders. This may vary slightly as we are making all of our wares by hand and larger wholesale orders can wipe out our stock unexpectedly. If an order is expected to take longer than 5 days to ship, we will notify you and will often add in an extra gift from us to apologize for the longer wait. 

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. Please allow USPS 24-48 hours to scan and update the movement of the package. 

My order broke in transit, what should I do?

Due to mishandling by USPS, damage happens. If your item arrives broken, please send a message and image of the damage within 15 days of receiving your item. A claim and replacement will be processed immediately. Not claiming damage within 15 days will result in your loss.

What materials are used for shipment? 

We have been working to get a 100% recyclable system in place for all retail orders. This new system will take full effect February 1 2018. Until then, all orders will be packed with a recycle box, biodegradable peanuts and small bubble wrap. Please recycle what you are able to.

Answer: We are so excited to have people within our local community get connected! We do not have a physical shop, however you can find our work in Kansas City at Coveted Home, West Elm, Made In KC and Urban Provision General Store. We also provide free shipping for all Kansas City residents. If you live in Kansas City please use coupon code KCFREE to nix the shipping!
