I would like my customers to be completely satisfied. If there are any problems with the order please contact me. Unused items may be returned within 10 days of delivery or 45 days from purchase date (which ever comes first) for return or exchange. I will refund the full price less shipping cost. Please note that the return postage will not be reimbursed unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake made by me.

Domestic mail is expected to deliver within 3-5 days after shipment. Delays may occur due to weather or USPS processing. All domestic mail will have a delivery confirmation number which will let you know when a package has been delivered. It is not a reliable tracking number as it is not always updated by the USPS. Shipping price includes shipping materials, although I do try to reuse and recycle packing materials whenever I can.
