DOMESTIC SHIPPING

* Vintage Garden Art ships orders via the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail Monday-Friday.

* We provide USPS Delivery Confirmation (tracking number) with all Domestic orders.

If your order hasn't arrived after 2 business weeks, please don't hesitate to contact us via Etsy Convo to remedy the delay.

* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Vintage Garden Art ships orders via the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail Monday-Friday.

* Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a tracking number/delivery confirmation for any international orders. USPS does not track packages outside of the United States.

* International orders can take up to 3 weeks or more to arrive depending on their destination. Most likely, if your order is taking longer than expected, your order has probably been held up in customs. Please don't hesitate to contact us via Etsy Convo if you feel as though your order has been lost.
We promptly mark your order shipped and send an email notification to you as soon as your order ships out.

• Vintage Garden Art is a semi personalized, made to order shop. All of the pieces that you see here for sale are meant to be representations of what your marker will look like. 
If at any time, we offer ready to ship items, we will clearly mark them so in the listing descriptions. All custom orders will be photographed for approval.
• Care of your Garden Markers - 

We suggest that all garden markers come in before the cold and the snow. If you live in a damp place, please note that your silver plate will tarnish faster than it does in a dry area. Your garden marker will naturally tarnish over time and you can polish up your piece with a silver polishing cloth. 


• Garden markers are not intended to be played with or put in your mouth. If a piece is labeled for table, that is fine to use, but if not, please just stick it in your plants, herbs, flowers or jar of pens.
• All of my products are made from Vintage Silver Plate flatware. Each piece is unique, old and the stamping makes it a one of a kind piece.
• I do accept Wholesale orders on most items. Please contact me via convo for additional information
• We reserved the right to refuse stamping of anything we deem offensive. We’re all about jokes but there are lines we won’t cross. If you have questions, please write.
