Products that have been damaged during shipping will be replaced upon return of the damaged item(s). Karen Hallion Illustration will cover the costs of shipping returns for items damaged during shipping.
Refunds and exchanges will be granted only for products that have been returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Order fulfillment takes approximately 5-7 business days after payment is received. I generally ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from Massachusetts, via USPS. This does not include time in transit.
For smaller items (notecards, stickers, magnets, buttons, art books) I do not use tracking numbers. If something has not gotten to you, please send me a message.
If you need a rush order, I will do my best to accommodate you, just send me a message prior to placing an order to confirm that we are able to meet your needs.
Shipping outside the Continental U.S.A. is subject to additional shipping costs. Shipping is by first class mail. I am happy to refund shipping costs if I have over-charged. Contact me anytime to discuss shipping.
I am not responsible for local customs charges, and tax.
