Materials You will need:
* Main color in pattern: Fashion Batiko Sun= Jaffa (company name is Schachenmayr) 665 yds\608 m. It's a yarn found in Germany. If it's not available you can use any type of Worsted Weight (4) yarn, it just needs to be the same thickness as Caron One Pound yarn or Red Heart Supersaver. Lionbrand Scarfie is a nice alternative (Pls see YouTube link if you have further questions about yarn). https://youtu.be/9vjUpWigsqg
*Sucker color in pattern: Worsted weight (4) Red Heart Supersaver =Burgundy 295 yds\270 m. I prefer Redheart Supersaver or Caron One Pound. Avoid ‘I Love this Yarn’ brand for the suckers, it’s too soft.
*White for eyes
*Small amount of black for eyes
*Stuffing for eyes
*K hook (6.50 mm)
*I hook (5.50 mm)
*G hook (4.00 mm)

I was challenged to make this and was delighted at how easy it was once I got additional tips. It took me a couple days to finish it but I’m super happy with my first one. I did make my own minor modifications, but overall, the pattern was great!

Love this pattern!! Suuper fun took me about 3 days to finish it! It’s not super hard I’m 14 and the video helped out on the parts that I had trouble with. I got my little bro to model it loll

1000% recommend using their video guide to supplement the pattern. I used 2 caron cakes (MC) and 1 loops and threads impeccable (suckers) to complete each hat (have made 4 so far!). The eyes are what really push this over the top. Fantastic pattern!

This pattern is fantastic!! I fell for one of those sites selling this hat for £30 from China and it turned up totally different. A total con. So I decided to make it for my wife so after never having crocheted anything before gave it a go and It turned out really well thanks to how easy the plan is to follow. Even for an absolute beginner.
