Cobra RTC is a flute support accessory which is attached to the body of the flute. It is designed for standard flutes only. For alto and wood flutes, please use the RTC-AW.
Cobra RTC consists of a clip, which attaches it to the flute body, and an adjustable thumb rest for the right thumb. Cobra RTC is made of plastic with soft plastic pads so it will not scratch the flute or hurt the hand. The soft plastic pads prevent slipping. There is a metal screw to adjust the thumb rest.
Cobra RTC comes in 3 colors: black, silver, and gold.

I bought it for my Baroque flute and it fits and works wonderfully! I have very short thumbs and wasn't able to balance the flute well, which caused issues with technique. Now I can balance and stabilize the flute much better!

Safely arrived. When i ordered, i wrote my forefinger size, but “Cobra C” was too loose and too big a little for me. So i had to fix “Cobra C” by myself. It’s quite difficult for me to adjust it to my smaller size by long-nose pliers. I think it needs a trick for wire works and pliers works. I have a little bit of trick because i make accessaries by myself. But it took much time to do it. After i did, cobra C supports me playing the flute. It’s easier to play high notes than before. I don’t have much pain while i hold the flute for a long time. I think cobra RTC works well. If you use it, you should grip its edge. So it’s often problem for me because my hands often are shaking.
