The difference in religious conviction, alongside ignorance about cultural traditions, can be seen as a challenge from which this product originated.

Tartagine Cabrera bases her on the Belgian and Moroccan food culture. Here both cultures are combined in form and material in one product. Through the recognition of these forms (Moroccan Tajine) and materials (glass Dome for Flemish cake) Belmar wants both cultures to tell their own story and start a first dialogue at the table.
