Description

VINTAGE FEED SACKS, FLORALS 1930s - 40s COTTON FEED SACKS, PRINTED QUILT FABRIC, 2-PIECES 38" x 44-1/2" EACH, FLOUR SACK MATERIAL, 2 MATCHING PIECES

Purchased at a local Western New York estate farm auction.

This auction is for a great floral vintage feed sack or flour sack that dates to the 1930s or 40s ~ perfect for crafts, quilters and the seamstress.

Described as follows:

Authentic feed sack fabric from the 1930 - 1940's.
100% cotton. Light-weight and has a tight smooth weave.
Sack has been opened flat.
Black and grey background with grey and yellow flowers.
Beautiful condition. No holes, tears or stains noted. Very clean. Comes direct from a estate farm auction as found and has not been laundered.
ONE piece measures 44-1/2" x 38" and the other matching piece measures 44-1/2" x 38.
Has original stitch holes on the sides.
Pictures are part of the description.
Ideal for many projects, perfect to use for towels, doll clothing, quilting, and so many other craft and sewing projects.
No flaws noted.

I try to only offer material in good to excellent condition. If there is a blemish, I will try my best to describe it in the listing. My items come from estate sales/auctions and are old vintage.

These feedsack have been stored away for decades and usually have a storage odor. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not buy estate fabric or linens.

We have other feedback fabric listed today! Please check out our other listings.

I have listed a variety of different designs in feedsacks.

We are happy to answer any questions about this item.

The items I sell are antique or vintage textiles. They are not new and not flawless. If you expect perfection, antique or vintage is NOT for you. The items I sell have been used and loved or stored away for decades. Textiles stored away for decades ALWAYS pick up small oxidation storage spots. Unless stated in description, I have not cleaned the textile unless stated and will be up to the buyer to refresh.
