Knitting patterns that are mini tutorials in themselves. Not only will your file contain all the knitting instructions you need to make the illustrated garments, but I've added helpful photographs. At the end, you'll find ideas for variations on the garment.

Both these items can be worn directly on the doll, or over a thin garment, such as a sleeveless dress or tank. The directions and images walk you through the techniques used to knit these items, so should be suitable for beginners and experts alike.

Basic garments like these are great for design. Once you're familiar with the pieces, you can alter the design a little, add embellishments, try different stitches, etc.

Yarn:
1 ball of Berocco Comfort Sock 3 ply yarn will make hat and sweater with plenty to spare.

Needles:
Sweater:
Pair US size 00. UK size 15 (Metric 1.75mm)
Pair US size 1. UK size 13 (Metric 2.25mm)

Beret:
Pair US size 00. UK size 15 (Metric 1.75mm)
Pair US size 2. UK size 12 (Metric 2.75mm)

Yarn and needle conversion charts are included, as is a list of standard knitting abbreviations.

Tailor-made to fit Kaye Wiggs resin dolls. This pattern fits both 43cm Mei Mei body, and the taller 45cm MSD body. The beret welt is stretchy enough to fit Layla's head and Gracie's larger head too.

THIS SALE IS NOT FOR A PRINTED PATTERN. It is a digital download in the form of PDF files.

You can either print out your project, or use it directly from your tablet or computer screen.

Contents:
PDF file, with full instructions, hints, and a list of tools and materials.

Please be aware that these two files are exactly the same in content, just in different sizes of paper for printing out. Choose the paper size relevant to your country.
One in US Letter size (USL)
One in A4 size.

DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES, I DO NOT MAKE DOLL GARMENTS TO ORDER.

You are welcome to use my patterns to make your own doll clothes to sell. HOWEVER - please respect my copyright, and give credit to Raccoon’s Rags on your sale page. For example it’s okay to write “Handmade by myself, using a Raccoon’s Rags pattern” or even “adapted from a Raccoon’s Rags pattern” But not “My own design”.

I always credit other artisans/designers when I use their patterns or adapt them. They did all the hard work and deserve the recognition.

Many thanks and happy knitting..
