SHIPPING
• We ship internationally - buyers are responsible for all import costs which might be assessed upon delivery (VAT, duties, etc).

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
• To avoid return costs, we recommend that clients wishing to place an order first order a sample (a single item) to ensure satisfaction with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color and texture of an item on a computer screen.

• If you were to change your mind about an item you have received you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us through Etsy messages to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return.

• Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.

• The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled).

• Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery.

• To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are not guaranteed as an order might be in the middle of processing and unable to be cancelled.
