| How it Works |

Printable Digital File: You will receive both PDF + JPEG files for you to print yourself from a home color printer or office supply store on heavy white card stock or have professionally printed.

Printed Invitations (U.S. Only): Invitations are printed on the highest quality premium card stock with a standard coordinating backside and white envelopes. A proof will be emailed to you. Once approved, please allow 2-3 business days to receive the invitations.

|How to Order|

1. Choose desired Style and Size, and add the item to your cart and checkout.

2. Before finalizing payment, include the information to be added to the invitation in the "Note to Seller" section. Please include any customization you would like in this box. For example:

Name of Birthday Honoree
Year of Birthday (One, Two, Three)
Event Date / Time / Location
RSVP Information
Any further customization (wording or coloring)

***Any fields not left in "Note to Seller" section will be left off the invitation.

3. Confirm your payment. Your cart should empty once your payment has successfully gone through.

4. Within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays), you will receive a proof via Etsy convo for your approval.

5. Review your proof (sent via Etsy convo). Look over your file very carefully. If you need any changes we will be happy to make them for you. (We aim to please, so don't feel bad about telling us if we make a typo. We are human too!)

6. Send a convo back with any changes or with the 'all clear'.

7. Within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) of receiving the approval, you will receive a high resolution (300 DPI) file in both PDF and JPEG.

8. Have your item printed at your printer of choice or print them yourself (if applicable)!

9. Please leave feedback! We are confident you will love this item, and we would love to hear from you!

***We do ask that you remember we are not responsible for any printer malfunctions, costs associated with printing digtial files, etc. We are only providing the digital file(s), which is often a cost saving option!***

• Proof will be sent (via Etsy convo) within 24 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) of receiving the information to be added on the invitation
• 1 High quality Jpeg and 1 high quality PDF in 300 DPI will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Personal Use ONLY

• No physical item will be shipped unless otherwise notated. Printable Front or Printable Front+Back is for a digital invitation only. You will need to either print the file yourself or use a professional printer to print the purchased invitation.
