Currently methods of payment are paypal or debit or credit card.
Orders will only be cancelled if I do not get all the information necessary to finish the project you are ordering. I ask that you please check Etsy mail as I am often left with unanswered pertinent questions like font, thread color and even the name.

Once your item is personalized there are no refunds. Only if the item is defective in anyway I will refund and ask you return it for replacement if still available, otherwise a refund will be issued. We will need the item returned and then a refund will be issued. This is a 2 week window on this policy. As that should be more than enough time to inspect purchase. We will not refund if we were given a misspelling on order due to customer error.

Returns & exchanges

I will not refund money once an item is personalized unless an error on my part from customer instructions. So please make sure I have correct spelling. I will refund if item was damaged in anyway or defective. Must be notified within 2 weeks as this is more than enough time to inspect your purchase. We will refund return shipping and then issue a refund after receiving.

Shipping policies

I provide tracking for your purchase. Please contact me if not received ASAP. If marked delivered and you do not have item I will need paperwork filled out to have USPS do a search of the item and follow up on issue before I can proceed to address potential issue. I do need you to check with neighbors and your post office and delivery person. I have not had any issues so far, so this is just in case anything ever arises.
I do verify all shipping addresses as there have been some not updated in customers information when ordering. Please help me in this matter. I have to cancel orders at times due to not enough information either on the address or order.

We only ship to the USA currently. We have checked on pricing for overseas and the rates have been most times higher than the actual item I am selling. Also reserving the right to request additional postage for Hawaii, Oregon, Washington State, Alaska. I will not charge anything over the actual postage. But I have found these cost me a lot more to get sent

Additional policies

Please ask if you need this item any earlier than listing states. We do need time to personalize and often have other orders pending. We will do our best to get it to you when needed if we are in a position to do so. Simply no rush orders during back to school and Christmas as these are the busiest months for this shop. All orders done in order received to be fair.
