We have access to a great variety of gemstones & diamonds that we try to buy from suppliers that sell conflict-free stones - so we will easily find your favorite stone for the jewelry you're looking to make!
All of our jewelry come with a nice box with gift wrapping.
We highly recommend you to go to a local jewellry store to have your size measured. It's the safest way to get an accurate size for your ring.
Due to every item is MADE-TO-ORDER, we do not take returns or exchange normally unless there is a craftmanship defect. If you received your order in a wrong material, size or style, please contact us in 48 hours and we will be fully responsible for your satisfaction.
However, we reserve the right to decline the returns if the item shows any signs of used or the item does not come back in the original conditions. Please make sure that you read the care information for our products at the FAQ page prior purchasing. We do not accept returns for a damaged item due to the buyer mistreated the item. We do not accept returns or exchange for a "change of mind" reason because the amount of time and efforts we spent on each order are not resalable.
If there is a craftsmanship defect with your ring size, we are able to resize it for free or refund you partly so you can resize at any local jewellry store to avoid the risks of shipping this item globally.

If you ordered a wrong size, we recommend you to resize it at a local jewellry store. Most of our rings are easily resizable for a skillful jeweller. If you are unable to solve it locally, you are welcome to contact us and we will be charging a small reasonable fee to resize your jewellry.
Cancellations can not be requested after 12 hours.
To ensure a long-lasting beauty, we suggest you to remove your fine jewelry piece before showering, hand washing, gardening, cooking, excersising, using cleaning chemicals, applying makeup and lotions, swimming. Exposure to any harsh chemicals or heavy pressure will put your jewelry at risk and may result in a permenant damage.

Please always keep your Opal jewelry away from water, chemical liquids, oil and heat. And do not wear opal jewelry while cooking, washing hands, taking showers, swimming or any physical activities that will put the stone at a risk of damaging. We are not responsible for the damage if the jewelry was mistreated by the user.
We use the Swedish National Post - Postnord as our standard shipping option.
♦ To most EU countires, the shipment is all the way traceable and may need your signature.
♦ To USA and Canada, the shipment is all the way traceable and may need your signature.
♦ To the rest of the world, the shipment will be sent through UPS express and a higher shipping cost is charged by default. Please leave us your phone number which is required by UPS.

We understand that things happen and fine jewelry can be delicate. Please be sure to take care of your jewelry by not sleeping, showering, cleaning, exercising, or swimming while wearing it.

If your jewelry requires a repair for issues that are unrelated to manufacturing, please always contact us. The client is responsible for shipping costs both ways and a small reasonable fee will be charged accordingly. (For example, the side stone fell off, the ring got scratches or to help you to clean it professionally etc.)

All center stones are normally quite expensive therefore a higher cost will be charged if the center stone needs to be replaced.
If the shipment arrived at your address but was unable to be delivered due to any personal reasons ( for example: the receiver was not home or the buyer left an incorrect address etc), the responsibility is on the buyer's side to contact the local PO to resolve the issue. In this case, if the shipment was sent back to the sender, the buyer will have to pay a new shipping fee in order to redelivery the item. And the item will only be scheduled a redelivery once we successfully receive the item back.
If the item gets lost or damaged during the way back to the sender, it will be at the buyer's responsibility to cover the loss.

We therefore strongly recommend the buyer to keep tracking your shipment and pick it up asap.
