This laminated wooden tray features hand-drawn illustrations of San Francisco Bay area by artist Janetmarie Colby. The imaginative, playful illustrations include recreational activities, tourist attractions, historical buildings, animal life, museums, and parks. The illustrations range from a portrait of John Muir to represent the John Muir National Historic site to a drawing of Sather Gate to represent UC Berkeley, to a traditionally clad convict to represent Alcatraz Island. The underlying map by Carol Mendel was originally created in 1990 and then updated in 2016.

The breakfast tray measures 11"x8" (27x20cm).

These wooden trays are handcrafted in Scandinavia. The birch wood comes from a certified forest in Scandinavia. The back of the tray displays the natural color of the wood. The trays are shipped from Northern California.
