Refunds and Exchanges

-If anything went wrong, please, let me know and i will try to find ways to resolve the problem.
- You may return your order within 7 days after delivery (accordingly to the tracking) if the product is substandard because of me.
You must notify me about the reason for return (within 3 days after receiving the item for approval) and I will decide should I return the payment or not.
If I decide that the product is substandard because of me
only then you can send the parcel back.
- Return item must be post mark within 7 days of the delivered date: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original box or package.
I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me! (minus shipment costs and Etsy (3.5%) & Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% because I work through an intermediary. Buyer pays for the return shipping.

Custom orders are not refundable.

All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 1-2 business days after payment is received!

Terms & Delivery time:
Shipping usually takes about 1-3 weeks.
Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.
Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 2 - 4 weeks
- Canada: 3-4 weeks
- Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks (Italy 3- 4тweeks, Germany и3-4weeks )
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks

IMPORTANT: For order, placed after November 30th, I give no warranty, that shippment will be delivered until December 24th.

Shipping method:
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Ukraine.
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

Custom Fees and Duties
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

We pack very carefully so you will receive your parcel in undamage condition.
