* If you have any questions about size or sizing, message me and I will gladly answer them.

* Please take care of your handmade jewellery and treat it with love.
* Do not expose your jewellery to water, perfumes or other chemicals.
* If your jewellery tarnishes after being worn for a long time or being exposed to water, use tarnish-removal cloth to gently wipe it and get it to shine brightly once again.

* All orders come packaged in boxes as default.
* Need a special gift wrap? I can do a custom gift wrap for you - message me to discuss your requirements and what I can do to help.
* You can add a note to your recipient in the “gift message“ tab at checkout and I will gladly print your message free of charge.
* Each item comes gift wrapped separately in a gift box. If you want to know which box contains which item, leave me a note in the “note to seller” tab on checkout and I will label the boxes by item.
* To reduce paper waste I will not include your paper receipt in your package, unless you request it. Your digital receipt is available in your Etsy Purchases.
* If you like to forego packaging and go Zero Waste, leave me a message.

* Some of my jewelry has traces of copper or brass.
* If you have existing metal allergies, or are sensitive to copper or brass, please contact me before you buy jewelry, so that I can advice you whether the piece is safe for you.

Starting from December 26, 2020, all orders will ship with Priority Tracked Mail. Since shipping time varies depending on your region, please consult expected shipping time for your country.

There are a lot of Made-to-Order items in my shop. They are unique items, which are made specifically for your order. The pictures of these listings represent the items as closely as possible, but keep in mind that they are just an example, not the finished item that you will receive. I take great care to make all Made-to-Order items as close to the example on the picture as possible. If you have questions, don't hesitate to message me.

You should contact your credit card company so that they cancel the stolen/hacked card. Once you've contacted your credit card company and reported the fraud, they will credit you immediately for the false charges. These are the proper steps to be taken so that the fraud can be fully reported and investigated by the police. As for me, I'm not the payment processor, so I can't help you any further with this.
