Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is our first priority but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the situation.

We will refund on standard items up to 14 days of the item being received. Please contact us, before returning goods in order to obtain required authorisation and instructions for return. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds are only issued if the item is returned to us unworn and undamaged.
Please note that as we provide free shipping, any refunds will have our original shipping costs deducted, unless we ourselves have made an error with your order, in which case we will cover any costs incurred by the buyer.

Bespoke and personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and therefore these items are non refundable.

For items where there are colour options:
Please note that many factors such as lighting and monitor settings can affect the true colour of items shown. If you require an exact colour match you can request a colour sample first otherwise we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds on these items.

Please check all spelling carefully on personalised items.
Also please check that you give us the correct full postal address as we will not replace or refund items due to customer errors.
