Yes, the minimum order quantity for a bulk order is 12 items. Pricing depends on hat style, personalization option and quantity. Please message us with more details for a quote!

Our machines have about 2.25 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide to work with on most hats, but there are a few exceptions above and below those sizes (e.g. 5 Panels, Beanies, etc.).

Our machines allow us to work with about 5-6 colors, depending on the logo, but please send over your artwork to us to confirm before you place your order.

We make it our goal to maintain a 5-7 business day processing time with 2-3 business days for shipping. Etsy provides an ETA window, but if you need your item urgently, please reach out to us as soon as you can so we can see what we can do.

Since we are a small business, we have to dedicate a few hours during set times of the day for customer service.

We answer messages in the order that they come into our inbox, so if we haven't responded to yours yet, please don't keep messaging that same thread since Etsy will move your position in our queue. That ends up making it harder for us to respond to you quickly.

Lately, we have been experiencing a lot of shortages and delays with some of our hat styles and colors. We are currently re-evaluating our listing options for the future, so please reach out if you would like to inquire about special color orders.

We only provide mockups for open orders to help minimize processing time. Once you place your order, please send us a message, and we can provide a mockup for you.

We cannot send pictures of the finished product because it interferes with our production process too much when we have to look and take pictures of customer's hats. We can provide a quick digital mockup if needed.

You certainly can! After the first logo, each additional logo is $10 more. We are limited on the back and sides though, so please try to keep it simple for those locations.

Since embroidery is a tricky process, please send your logo to us via Etsy Messenger, and we will get back to you as soon as we can on if we can have it done for you.

With 3D foam, there are way more limitations for logos, so we try to push simple, bold logos for that option. Just to be sure though, feel free to send us a message to verify before you order.
