Hi, My name is Angela Heiron, I am an animal lover and a pet portrait and animal artist working from home in Kettleshulme, a small village in the Peak District National Park, England.
I have been interested in art and drawing all my life but with work and family commitments I have only recently found time to pursue my passion for drawing. I have tried different media including oils, charcoal and water colours, acrylics and pastels. I have also tried different subject matter including landscapes, still life, portraiture and animal portraiture.
I have discovered that I get tremendous enjoyment from creating realistic and detailed animal portraits using pastels. I have a number of original artworks and limited edition prints of animals with a quirky or interesting slant for sale.
