How to return an Item ?

Need to exchange something? It is not a problem! We accept exchanges for any reason within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that only items with a security label in their original unworn and unwashed condition can be returned. We will refund you in the form of a store credit within 5b/days of receiving the item back if you do not wish to exchange for the same item but wish to exchange for a different garment. All shipping charges, including return shipping, are non-refundable. Free shipping applies only to the first exchange (from us to the customer). For any further exchange, shipping both ways is paid by the customer. Clothing on sale over 30% and size +4XL are NOT returnable.

Can I exchange an item ?

Please follow the instructions into return form and send the garment back to me. Once I receive it i will send you a new item which you want. You can exchange it for the same product in a different size or for store credit and you can buy something else. All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable. How do I track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your order with the tracking number of your package. if you have any difficulty please contact us at: support@eugfashion.com

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Although Etsy’s system shows that buyers are responsible for customs, in our store all customs and duties are paid by us, the seller. Customers never pay additional fees beyond the checkout price.

I am willing to take on small Wholesale orders. Please convo me for more information. Please note that because of the handmade nature of the garments, wholesale orders will generally take longer to process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be made, wrapped, and sent from Europe. Our standard shipping times vary based on the items included in your order, shipping location, and shipping method selected. Order processing times will also vary by item and availability, and an estimated timeframe will be displayed during checkout. All orders to the US and Canada ship via UPS Express. Any other package with a total weight of over 4.4 lbs (2 kg) will be automatically upgraded to UPS Express at no additional charge. What size should I order?

You'll find a size chart in the image section of each listing. We always suggest that customers follow the directions on the chart to compare their measurements with those shown for the best size recommendation. The measurements on our garment and footwear size charts correspond to approx. recommended body measurements in order to provide size advice across item type, rather than the measurements of the item itself. You can find more information specific to the item you're viewing—length measurements, heights and sizes of the models shown, fabric details, and more—in the item’s description for reference. How to determine my size ?

Taking your Body measurements : BUST Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor. WAIST Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight. HIPS Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. INSEAM Measure the length of the inner leg, from the top of the thigh to the ankle.

This dress was awesome! Nice material and just like the picture. My only semi-negative comment is the sleeves, across the neck and top chest area was snug. Otherwise true to size.
