All of our products are made with quality materials that have been tested out on our own fur babies as well as those of family and friends. Our products are made to last, but are not indestructible. The metal hardware is a zinc alloy and is plated for the different colors. We are not responsible for the wear your pup puts on his/her collar.

We are human and mistakes do happen. If you are sent the wrong size, pattern or if there is a defect with your order, please contact us immediately. After 48 hours of delivery, we are no longer responsible for defects in the order.

XX-Small: 6" - 9" (recommended for dogs up to 5 pounds)
X-Small: 8" - 12" (recommended for dogs 5 - 10 pounds)
Small: 10" - 14" (recommended for dogs 10 - 25 pounds)
Medium: 12" - 18" (recommended for dogs up to 50 pounds)
Large: 16" - 24" (recommended for dogs up to 75 pounds)
X-Large: 20" - 30" (recommended for dogs over 75 pounds)

While we stand by the quality of our collars and use them on our own dogs, we do not recommend using them as your only restraint when walking your dog. Our collars are in the fashion collar category and are not recommended for pullers or heavy-duty use. We highly recommend using a harness as the primary restraint when walking your dog.
