All orders must be shipped to a location where it can be brought inside immediately upon delivery due to heat and other factors. Once delivered, all items should be unwrapped and stored at room temperature in a dry, cool area away from moisture and heat.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped according to the "need-by" date you enter, either in the personalization box or the "notes to seller" at checkout. I ship according to need-by date and not the standard lead time, unless no date is entered. **"Need-by" date should be at a minimum of 3 days to a week prior to your event. ** Example- Party is July 25th, you should plan your need by date for at least July 15th-20th.

Item Notes:
Please note that all of my creations are made using non-toxic materials but are NOT recommended to be eaten. All creations are handmade and may vary in sizes, color, ad appearance. All toppers can be preserved as a keep sake by removing from icing as soon as possible and wiped dry. See the storage directions below.

Storage:
Fondant can be stored for months as long as it is kept away from heat and moisture. Do NOT refrigerate or freeze your toppers. I recommend keeping these in the original box or one similar at room temperature until the date of your event.

Custom orders will generally have the same lead time depending upon my availability. If you have an event that already has invitations created, I will gladly color match a mailed sample. Please plan accordingly for time. Bulk order discounts are always available, Please message me if you have any questions or inquiries!

Shipping/Returns:
Please note that I take extreme caution while packaging your items as they are extremely fragile. Accidents can happen at any time and most likely occur during transit. If your item is broken, you may repair it with water by using a fine tip paint brush or q-tip. The water will bond the pieces together. If your item is not repairable, please send me a picture of the damage and I will send re-placement parts or items as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the items, returns are not accepted.
