- This listing is for physical printed inserts which will be mailed to you. We strive to make each set accurate and perfect, but please note that each set is hand cut and punch therefore there might be a 'slight' variation in each set.

- Accessories in the photo are not included, they are display only.

Returns and exchange details

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will work with you to come up with a solution. If we make an error on your order, it will be correct immediately.

Due to the nature of my Made to Order product, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there was an error on our part. All sales are final. please be sure to read all descriptions, size information and dimensions, we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

NOTE: Please be sure you double check your planner size and the inserts size you need. Sizes are as follow:

Pocket Rings: 4.7X3.2
Personal Rings: 3.75X6.75
Personal Wide Rings 4.75X6.75
Had Letter for A5: 5.5x8.5

Replacements will not be sent for incorrect inserts unless buyer returns incorrect items and pays for return shipping on the replacements. Processing time after return inserts are received is 3-5 business days.

Please double check all instructions prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes to size, color, style, etc cannot be made. Make sure to read product description for sizing and compatibility to your planner.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting the order. Due to our processing schedule, after 24 hours your order begins production, cancelations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders cannot be returned, changed, or refunded.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are shipped in a rigid envelope and sealed cello bags for extra protection. Once your package has shipped please contact your local post office to inquire about lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers takes full responsibility for all duty taxes.

Shipping policies

Your order will ship via USPS. When you place your order you will receive a shipping estimate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please Make sure your shipping addresses is correct in your Etsy profile. Once your package has been marked shipped we cannot make any changes.

You can track your package via USPS.com. We package your order securely, please understand we have no control over the package once it has shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your package, please contact your local post office. All orders are shipped in a rigid envelope and sealed cello bags for extra protection.

Our current processing time is 1-3 weeks prior to shipping. This is subject to change with order volume.

Holidays may cause delays in your package's shipping time.

Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to custom holds.

We offer a variety of custom and personalized options within the shop. Please contact us with specific questions regarding a personalized/custom order.

A5 Paper Inserts are a standard size of 5.8 x 8.3 while Half Letter Size Paper Inserts are 5.5 x 8.5. Our inserts are Half Letter size and are hole punched to fit an A5 ring planner.

We do not share this information.

Our current processing time is 10-14 days. An estimate "Ship Date" can be found on your receipt/order details.

At this time we do no offer a wholesale option.
