We are happy to change the text in our thank you cards to different languages. We have done this many times for our clients, all we ask is that the copy you send over is fully proof read and checked for mistakes as we cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes that are printed.

Also the font we have chosen in the design does not contain all of the language-specific characters you need. We can often use an alternative font. Please get in touch if you’d like us to do this.

PLEASE NOTE: Increasing the amount of wording drastically will alter the spacing of the text and there maybe an extra charge. Make sure you include text for each part of the set and check for spelling and grammar mistakes before sending.

AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. PROOF REVIEW - Upon receiving your payment and wording form, proofs will be carefully designed and then emailed to you within 2 business days and we'll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your Save the Date cards! Nothing is printed until we have your final proof sign off.

* IMPORTANT * Before we print your order we will need you to confirm to us via a message that you approve the design. We are not responsible for any spelling or or layout errors so please take time to check very carefully and ask us for changes before approving your design.

We want you to be happy with your thank you card so we are happy to make corrections to your design. Please just ask us if you need changes.

2. PRINTING - Once you have signed off and final payment has been received, printing will begin. Printing (and assembly if necessary) takes max 5 working days however this could vary depending on how complex the design is.

PROOFING PROCESS

3 ROUNDS OF PROOFS
Your order includes 3 rounds of PDF proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be at £5.

PAYMENT BEFORE PRINTING
Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

Returns & exchanges

CANCELLATION POLICY

For customised stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25%, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed.

The reason there is a cancellation fee is because of the time we spend creating your custom proofs. When you place an order and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalised proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost.

Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.

Due to the custom nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color chart, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly. We always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the color is pleasing and as true as possible to our chart.

Additional policies

Here at Bailey & Beau, we also supply digital files for the bride who would like to print her own wedding invitations or have a local printer do them. Sorry, but we can not help with any individual printing issues if you are printing them at home unfortunately.

You need to know who will print these before ordering from us, as online printers will want the pdf in a different format. If you are doing it yourself or with a local printer, we will format the invitations in such a way that you can print use the least amount of paper stock.

You are purchasing the right to print these invitations for yourself. I retain copyright of all artwork and any blogs that reproduce our work needs to credit us. My turn around time is 3-5 days from when I get the first set of information from the customer and a proof will be sent over.

I will do my very best to ensure that the design process is as stress-free as possible and will be more than willing to answer any questions you may have.
