I do my utmost to make sure prints are of the highest quality, and will reach you in the same condition. If you have any problems with delivered items, please get in touch.

All orders to the UK will be sent first class, recorded delivery. All orders outside of the UK will be sent via Airmail. Both methods include sufficient compensation for most items, but please contact me in advance if you would prefer an alternative delivery method.

PRINT QUALITY: All photos are printed professionally. Please note that colours and tones on the final item may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor, as monitor colours and brightnesses vary from one to the next. I print all photos before offering them for sale in order to check final quality.

DISCOUNTS: If you have a discount code, then either contact me prior to purchasing to arrange a price, or purchase as normal, and then claim the discount back via Paypal following this. Discount codes may only be used at exmosis.etsy.com. Many apologies, but discounts may not be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers. Discount codes may be refused at my discretion.
