NēNē’s are creatures from a faraway land. They come in all different shapes and colors…each one is unique and special. They have lots of character and are great for cuddling. Adopt a NēNē today!

This is Ipswitch, also known as "Ippy." Ippy grew up with the circus, and has travelled all over the world! He is well known for his flying trapeze act and tightrope walking. His fancy hat and colorful toes help him stay balanced and poised during his amazing feats! When he is performing in the circus he wears his multi-colored striped shirt! When Ippy isn't performing, he rests and recharges by sipping chamomile tea and soaking his toes in epsom salts. Ippy encourages everyone to love and take care of themselves!

Ipswitch is about 14" tall. He has buttons and a bell for eyes and a nose, and a removable striped shirt.

He is looking for that special someone to adopt him and make him part of their family. He does have small pieces, so he's not considered safe for small children.

All NēNē’s come with their very own adoption certificate!

----

Since all NēNē’s are handcrafted, it's important for the new family to understand that rough play could result in minor injuries to your NēNē. All NēNē's are made in a smoke-free environment. Spot-cleaning only is recommended.

NēNē's are named after our friend, Neil Hajjar, who lives with a very rare genetic disorder called MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. Neil overcomes so many obstacles, and with your help, we hope to find a cure for everyone with this disorder! A portion of the proceeds go towards research for MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. For more information, please visit www.rsrt.org.

Each NēNē is created with love, care and patience. Most of them are primarily hand-stitched, which can be very time consuming, but much worth the effort. One NēNē takes an average of 4-5 hours to make. As each stitch and detail are added, the NēNē starts to magically come to life, and starts to speak to us, telling us their name and a little about their life's story. It's a wonderfully whimsical experience, as each NēNē is "born" right before our own eyes! It's a labor of love, and very gratifying knowing these special creatures will go to a loving home.
