White Veil: White wedding veils are true white. If your gown is labeled white and it is not made from silk, your best bet is to go with a white tulle. You will never find silk tulle in this shade of bright white.

Diamond White Veil: This is the most popular shade of white for veils. It is an off-white shade and is softer than white but not as yellow as ivory. Diamond white coordinates well with white silk, which isn’t naturally bright. It will also match a gown that is candlelight or antique white.

Ivory Veil: Ivory wedding veils are a soft, light shade of ivory with subtle yellow undertones that complement ivory bridal gowns. They also work well with champagne & light gold color gowns. You may not be able to find the exact matching veil/tulle color for your wedding gown because all manufactures are different. However, you can definitely get close enough so that only a veil expert could tell the difference! If there is any noticeable color variation between your dress and your veil, choose a veil that is a shade lighter than your gown.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace or offer store credit your purchase within 14 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition -

• Cannot be returned after wedding or date needed by unless special arrangements have been made


• If we must we do make exceptions for Returns with a 20% return fee (minus any complimentary free shipping) on 1 of the same item only (i.e headpiece, veil) or one jewelry set (no multiple of same items are allowed)

• You must contact us within 2-3 days of receipt of your order for RA (Return Instructions) - no items will be considered for a return if contacted weeks to a month later
We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to our large selection and low prices. Items are delicate and everyone deserves a brand new unused item. Only one return is accepted per headpiece, veil and per jewelry.

• --Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. --Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable -- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES AFTER WEDDING DATE

• Exchanges or store credit will incur a $10 exchange fee plus any shipping, free shipping not offered on exchanges.
• (IF item is less than $40 no fee will apply simply an exchange)
• We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us.
