All our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver and solid 9ct gold. 9ct gold is an extremely strong metal and very durable making it ideal to be worn on a daily basis.

All our gemstones are 100% genuine and are ethically sourced from UK stockists.

All our rings are made to order. Rings with gemstones cannot be resized and are not eligible for return for this reason it is important to purchase the correct size. If you have any questions regarding any pieces please contact us before you purchase.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we are happy to post a ring sizer out to you, the cost of this is £1.50. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

Alternatively, you can have your fingers measured at a jewellers.

There are also online printable ring sizers available online for free. These are not 100% accurate but can give you an idea of your size.

All UK orders are shipped by 2nd class recorded delivery. Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order.

All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked delivery, this service is signed for. Your should receive your order within 5-15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product/import restrictions and other local requirements. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We love to hear about your custom requests. If you have another design in mind, let us know and we can get back to you with a quote. As with all our jewellery, prices will always be reasonable.

All orders are handmade in our UK studio. Our current processing time is 1-2weeks. This gives us the time needed to create, polish, package and ship your order.

All orders are dispatched in a Sofi & Amia gift box. If you would like us to package your gift, select "Gift wrap" at checkout. We'll also include a gift card, personalised with your own message. Images of our gift box and wrapping can be seen in our image gallery.

Sofi & Amia is registered with the London Assay Office. In order to ensure our jewellery is affordable we mostly create jewellery that are below the UK hallmarking requirements. Items that do not legally require hallmarking can still be hallmarked at an additional charge.

Items that do require hallmarking can take an additional 2 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
