Stamping on the back of pennies /items cannot be done without damaging the design of the front. If you would like an additional stamped penny added to Keychains, please see "Add-on" Section in my shop.

After selecting available options on each item in the pull down variations menu, click on add to cart, and then at the END OF CHECKOUT please leave your personalization information in the box titled: "Add a note to DayzeeCreationz". This is very important for me to be able to process your order without delay. Please be sure to respond to messages promptly if I have any questions regarding your personalization preferences so that I may complete your order on time. Please proofread your spelling, dates, capitalization, and punctuation that you desire to be stamped as I will stamp EXACTLY as your message reads.

I provide a very fast turnaround which means I'm often fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed. If I have already started processing your order before I see a "cancellation message" from you, I will not be able to cancel your order. Please do be considerate and understand that it costs shop owners time and money (etsy listing fees) each time we have to cancel a transaction. If you're unsure about making a purchase please wait until you are able to fully commit to the purchase.

Every order I process and ship is given a tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number before messaging me about your order. Once I drop your package off in the mail, I have no more information about it than you do. Your tracking number is the best way to follow your package.

If by chance your tracking info says that your package was delivered and you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and then your local post office.
Please understand that I have absolutely NO control over the U.S. Postal service, their employees, or their delivery schedules. I do however care about my customers and will make every effort to locate and/or send out a new item if the post office fails to locate your package within 3 wks of estimated delivery

Occasionally a message sent through Etsy convo system will get lost and not received. If you have sent a message regarding your order and have not gotten a response please contact me directly through my business email : dayzeecreationz70@yahoo.com

If you purchase an item on Etsy without signing into your account (purchase as a GUEST option) you will not receive email notifications. Please ALWAYS sign in prior to making a purchase as this makes it much easier than searching for a tracking number to locate your package.
