    It shows diversity in the items you offer, and I love the fact that it's a card for engagements, which I feel are a rarity to find like this card for me personally. The card is unique!! I like the fact that it's simple and show's a cute expressive reaction to how women respond when we hear news like this. I liked the fact that there was no problem with shipping and receiving my order in a timely manner. I love your shop!!

DON'T LIKE IT OR CHANGED MY MIND:
Items may be returned to us at your expense for a full refund of the item's purchase price, not including shipping. Refunds are processed after we receive the item in it's original condition. We do not offer refunds on discounted/sale items, personalized or custom order items, or calendars.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED BY FREIGHT/SHIP CARRIER:
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. To receive a replacement item, please return the package to us un-opened as we need to document the carton damage with USPS. Return shipping charges must be paid at your expense, but will be credited back to you upon our insurance reimbursement from USPS. (Shipping reimbursements are refunded via PayPal ONLY.)

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM (or) WRONG ITEM:
Please notify us within 5 days of item delivery if you have received a defective item. We will supply a return-shipping label, which you can affix to your package and mail back. Upon item's return, we will automatically ship you a replacement item free of charge.

Tracking is now included on all Priority & First Class domestic orders and on upgraded, International orders. If you have any specific shipping needs, please convo us for details before making your purchase to avoid delays.

Our studio is open Monday through Friday, and closed on all National USA holidays.

Single Cards, Post Cards • Orders Less Than $10.00
Domestic USA Addresses:
We ship all of our single cards, and post card sets in rigid kraft flat-pack mailers via USPS First Class to all domestic and international addresses from zip 32960. You can calculate how long it may take to arrive to your destination at usps.com.
International Addresses:
**Orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail with tracking for an additional fee at checkout. Please be aware that International orders checking out with our low-cost First Class rate will not receive tracking information, and ship times can take up to 4 weeks to deliver, depending on the country's postal system.

These items will ship USPS Priority to domestic address and will include tracking. Your tracking information will be updated on your Transaction Confirmation. Domestic addresses estimate a 3-5 business day transit time, with the exception of peak holiday times estimating around 5-7 business days.
International Addresses:
These items will ship USPS First Class.
