Description

A fine art ceramic of Japanese, the elegant Satsuma vase, featuring Samauri Warriors confronting an onslaut of Samauri Warrios in an epic Battle scene.

Marked with Satsuma Mon ( coat of arms), signed and Late Meiji Period. Some minor wear to the decoration. Measures about 7.5"wide. Crazing is an integral part of satsuma ware.
