Returns & exchanges

At Mama and Cub each order is custom made for you, we cannot offer returns. If there is a sewing fault or fabric flaw that our quality control misses, items can be returned for a replacement. In this case we must be contacted with 3 days of you receiving your order, with the faulty item being returned within 7 days.
If the items are faulty a refund or replacement will be offered.
If you believe you are eligible to a refund or exchange, please email us at MamaAndCubProducts@gmail.com and provide us with:
• your full name and address;
• the original order number; and
• the reason for claiming the refund or exchange.
You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind. Please check the measurements carefully as we do not refund for incorrect choice.

Shipping policies

We are currently working with a 3-5 week turnaround timeline (Unless you purchase from the ‘Ready Made’ section of our website)

All shipping is done through Australia Post from the Gold Coast with a standard delivery. This means, if you are located in Australia you will automatically receive a tracking number and from time of postage, delivery will take 2-5 business days, for my

For my international customers, it can take up to approximately 18 business days, depending on where you are located. International parcels DO NOT receive a tracking number automatically. Tracking for your parcel is an extra $7 - please contact me if you wish to have your parcel trackable.

Please note that there are many circumstances that are out of my control, your package being stuck in customs, weather, and postage strikes, so please be patient, your package will arrive.
