When you initiate the payment, please "note to seller" the following information

1) Name or phrase, up to 14 letters. I will add a little heart on top of the letter " i "unless you requested no heart in the note section. Please add Mrs if you like to do Mrs.... I will make the wire how exactly it is typed in the note section.

Heart is an optional. if you like to add a heart in the phrase, please specify how you like to do.

2) Flower color. Please select one each from large flower and small flower. If there was no note for the flower color, alternate color will be WHITE flowers. Please note that large flowers and white flowers are different shade. Even large white and small white are slightly different shade.

3) Wedding date( Optional) Dates will always be formatted in month(not abbreviated) day, year.
Example: if you send me December 5th 2017, it will be engraved in this format December 5, 2017. Engraved date will be dark brown on white and natural hangers and ivory on dark and black hangers.

If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.

Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 2 days of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable. Refunds are also available if the package is "lost" in delivery. This means that the tracking says delivered, but the package was not received by the customer.
