Description

Matahari the Mermaid is handmade by me.
She is made of 100% merino wool felt and stuffed with polyester stuffing.
She measures approximately 28cm (11 inch)

She will be a great gift to your love ones but she also makes a great display item

If she gets dirty like any other toys, she prefers to be spot cleaned. However when needed, she can be hand washed with cold water and a mild detergent.

Please note that she will be ready to be ship within a week

Any enquiries, please convo

The word 'Matahari' is translated from Bahasa Melayu which means 'Sun'. I guess she being so bright and sunny, the name is suited for her. Her creation was an attempt by me at applying crewel embroidery. I thought it would be great to implement (some of the methods that I had learnt) onto her fin. The usual patterns of leaves are influenced largely on flora of Singapore. Overall if she were to pass as a gift, it would definitely make the person. Though I would recommend her to be a display doll instead due to the fine details.
