SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All orders usually ship within 3 business days and we ship Monday through Friday. If we are short staffed due to Covid, shipping times can be longer. We try and be safe and send people home if we suspect any exposure. Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and normally arrive within 3 to 7 business days although USPS shipping has been taking longer due to unprecedented mail volume increases and limited employee availability. I am sorry if your package is late, but these delays are beyond my control. Tracking numbers are always provided. Priority mail upgrades and insurance can be purchased for an additional charge. All orders are shipped to the address that is on file with etsy, so please make sure that your address is correct before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling, which includes the cost of packaging, bubblewrap, labels, printer ink, postage and the time to package items. Shipping prices are shown before you check out and purchase. We use Etsy's shipping calculator which can sometimes be high for bulky items. If you feel the shipping is high, please leave a note at checkout requesting a refund on the excess shipping. If we determine the shipping is too high we will refund you.

Please be aware that the USPS is advising to expect in some instances longer than usual delivery times due to COVID. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are no longer shipping internationally due to poor delivery due to Covid-19. We will resume when shipping internationally becomes more reliable.

Items marked as delivered by the USPS Postal Service are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your order when tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your local post office to locate your package. We will not send a replacement unless you have purchased additional insurance.
