FAQs
All our glassware have been tested using a high temp dish machine. Most varieties hold up as well as store bought glasses. The few exceptions should be gently hand washed to preserve the artwork. In each listing description there is a "dishwasher safe" indicator.
I do produce enough glassware for nearly any setting. I stock many more than what i list. If you would like to use them in your bar, restaurant, or purchase them for resale, there are wholesale pricing options. Contact me for details.
All glasses are individually inspected. You'll find no burrs, rough edges, jagged spots, or chips. The inspection includes a physical inspection as well as a visual. The glasses you get will be virtually identical to the pictures you see in the listings. See our guarantee below.
All glasses are hand washed before shipping. To be safe, I do insist that you wash them before use, to dispose of any residue that may be left behind.
***Rdi Glass Quality Upon Delivery Guarantee***You must wash, then inspect each glass for cracks & chips before use. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE OR REPAIR BROKEN ITEMS. If damage occurred during shipping, We will replace them at no cost to you. Here’s how: Upon delivery, TAKE PICTURES of the broken item still in the packaging (showing the breakage), the outside of the package as it arrived, and a picture that shows how much packaging material we used overall. Forward the pics to us immediately through Etsy along with a message from you. AFTER we investigate and respond, dispose of the broken items, and your replacements will be shipped out within a few days. Why all the pictures? They allow us to recover our costs from the shipper.
Yes! It is not my wish to try to increase my sales figures by charging too much for shipping. But I do like round numbers. Normally I'm within 50 cents on shipping. If you are placing an order, and the shipping seems high, please contact me before you finalize your order. I'll gladly review and make any corrections necessary to give you the best deal on shipping.
