My current processing time is listed as 1-3 business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends. You can find your 'ship by' date listed on your Etsy invoice. I aim to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible!

Shipping is a flat rate fee based on the size & weight of the largest item ordered, so however many items you order, you'll still pay the same fee!

Fees are based on four different methods of postage: letter, large letter, large letter (heavier) or small parcel.

Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class

Upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Intl orders are posted via Royal Mail Intl Standard
Stickers - £2.85
Pens, Washi etc - £4
Notepads - £5.50 (Europe) or £8.50 (Rest of the World)
Mugs & larger items - £10 (Europe) or £16 (Rest of the World)

Orders within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days.
Upgrades for Royal Mail 1st Class can be purchased, which aims to deliver in 1 business day.

International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver to Europe within 5 business days and North America within 7 business days. However, these are NOT guaranteed delivery dates. International orders may in some cases take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

NOTE: Orders may take longer to arrive if it's during a busy postal season such as Christmas. International orders may get delayed in customs. Unfortunately I cannot control shipping delays.

To keep shipping costs low, all international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard which does not provide a tracking service.
