Engraving is free with every purchase on both the top of the box lid, and the front of the USB. If you wish to engrave the back-side of either the lid or the USB in addition, it is $4 per engraving for the backside of the lid, and $2 per engraving for the backside of the USB.

You may personalize your engravings on individual boxes and flash drives at no additional cost. (I.E. 1 design on the box, and a different one on the flash drive. Or, 1 design on 1 box, and a 2nd design on another box.)

Please submit your engraving files via the "conversations" feature on Etsy post purchase. In addition, please make a comment in the "note to seller" section when checking out informing me that an engraving has been requested.

Engraving files can be png., jpg., pdf., psd., or ai. with png. and pdf. being preferred. Your designs MUST be in black and white, and should be of a decent size (1500px wide or more) or a vectorized. More detailed files with always yield better engraving results!

Most logos can be engraved unless it uses too many colors. If you are unsure of whether your logo can be engraved, send the file to me via the "conversations" feature and I'll review it for you. :)

Fulfillment is generally 3 - 5 business days. I try to be as diligent as possible with every order from every customer. I know your time is valuable and that you have clients of your own waiting on the items.

If you need an item to arrive by a certain date, please note that in addition to processing times, domestic shipping in the US takes about 3 - 5 days, and standard international shipping takes about 14 days.

If requested, I offer expedited overnight shipping in the US and ~3 day DHL express international shipping at the price from the postage companies.

For international buyers, the EU especially, please note that there are possibilities of VAT or custom taxes for your purchase upon arrival. VAT and customs taxes are requested by your government, and vary country by country. I have no control over when or how much the amount of tax will be, and I am not responsible for it. This is the same across all Etsy shops and sellers.
