Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchanges:

- Time frame: 1 week after you have received the package - items should be shipped back only to me within that time frame, not delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback.
Best customer service is my first priority and I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable for you way.
Refunds will be given for the purchase price only and excludes shipping costs. Refunds will only be given after the item has been returned in the condition it was sent to the buyer in its original box. Buyer will pay all return shipping costs.
Please note - if you want to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), there are non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).
If you decided to cancel the shipped order, you will also be refunded a sum, except for above-mentioned commission fee. The rest money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give seller a track number.

When the parcel arrived and after some time (1-2 weeks in different countries) you'll not take it, it will be sent back to me by post. In this case if you decide you want a refund I have the right to make partical refund (60-80%, due to the different costs, like package). Also the shipping cost is not refundable

- The items should be kept out of strong light and overheat. I also recommend keeping it dry! Swimming or bathing not recommended.
- Real colors may slightly differ from one monitor to another, as it depends on specific monitor settings. Please note that glass is quite difficult to photograph.
